Co-Founders/Chief Executive Officers

Lance  and  Stephanie  Rose have led BelleRose Developments, LLC into becoming one of the leaders in developing real estate in rural Appalachia and the Great Smokey Mountains. BelleRose grows on the mission of living and working to make our part of the world a wonderful and beautiful place. 

Drawing from Lance’s extensive commercial building experience and presence in the downtown Pikeville, Kentucky landscape and surrounding communities and Stephanie’s artistic acumen; design, renovating and planning  additional living spaces with Rose  Builders and BelleRose.  Utilizing  marketing know how as a founder, and  singer songwriter of a well established musical group -sharing tunes along the  Country Music Highway from Dollywood to the Mississippi delta, the Roses work seamlessly to merge art and design,  and  are lovingly known in both the Pikeville, KY and Dandridge, TN areas. The couple were long time little league, travel and junior  high Softball coaches.  Daughter, Isabelle is a busy Tri  Delta -double majoring in  journalism and political science all  throughout  the  spring  and  fall  semesters  at  the  University  of  Kentucky.  The  summers  find the  Roses  hosting, roasting  marshmallows, and boating teens, tweens and young at heart up and down the Smokey Mtn. lake in search of  the perfect wave and ray of the golden  sun sphere; and cheer on the UK Wildcat  Football team throughout the fall. And all  the other SEC teams when they are not  playing the big blue.

With a background in small town development, healthcare systems, commercial building, and investing, Lance has utilized his knowledge of commercial construction, multi-family housing, and  healthcare contracting over the past 30  years to develop his consulting and  project management skills. He has impressed many as a forward thinker and excellent communicator. Mellowbrook  Properties, Cornerstone Christian Church,  Pikeville Medical Center Heart Institute,  Trauma ER,  ICU, Cafeteria,  Diagnostic  Center,  Cancer Center, Big Sandy Health Care Black Lung BelleRose Building, Hazard ARH Surgical Floor are a few of  the  examples of Lance’s work. Lance  also spearheads most of our charity and non-profit out reach.

Writer/Musician

Graduating from the University of Pikeville  and dreamer of the bluegrass band  Coaltown Dixie, Stephanie has written several songs and has music out with her band on multiple media platforms, written  poems, short stories, children’s books, with a fiction novel in the works,  Stephanie draws inspiration from her art  her and  the 20 years in sales/marketing to make savvy choices in designs and  textiles. Spearheading marketing design, and layouts, Stephanie has proven to become the face of BelleRose Developments, LLC a positive asset to our community,  Stephanie is often seen working for tourism and volunteering.
